Acceptance of Terms

By accessing FlowAI’s platform, documentation, or services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use FlowAI.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction. FlowAI is not available to individuals in jurisdictions where use of blockchain technology or cryptocurrency is prohibited.

License of Use

FlowAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its software, services, and $FLW token strictly for lawful purposes within the ecosystem.

Prohibited Conduct

• Use of FlowAI for illegal activities (money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud).

• Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt the FlowAI infrastructure.

• Reverse engineering or misusing FlowAI APIs, contracts, or services.

Token Usage

$FLW tokens grant access to utility functions (workflow credits, staking, governance, integrations) but confer no equity, profit-sharing, or ownership rights.

Limitation of Liability

FlowAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of funds due to market volatility, smart contract exploits, or third-party service failures.

Termination

FlowAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms.
